This restaurant is part of the Lettuce Entertain You family. The menu is primarily Chinese with some Thai touches. There are 2 bars, a flock of tables along Illinois Streeet and a very pretty dining room. The menu has a large selection of appetizers and satays as well as salads and soups. We shared the coconut shrimp satay and the crab and shrimp siu mai. The coconut shrimp were tasty but I would have preferred them crunchier. The ginger asparagus shrimp entree was good but did not have much ginger. The cashew crusted opah, a firm white Hawaiian fish, was delicious. On my latest visit, I had the Mongolian beef and the orange peel chicken. Both dishes were excellent. The wine list is not overwhelming but it leans to the expensive side. Service was very good.
