Started in Florida in 2000, this chain restaurant has grown rapidly. Bonefish Grill is one of 4 in the Chicago area. The menu is mostly fresh fish and seafood with a handful of pork, chicken and beef dishes. We shared the Mussels Josephine which were sauted with garlic, tomato and wine with a splash of cream. The mussels were plump and delicious and the sauce was great. There were also lots of other interesting appetizers on the menu including crab cakes, calamari, ahi tuna, and crispy shrimp in a spicy sauce. I tried the parmesan-pistachio crusted rainbow trout. It was crispy and moist. The side Caesar salad was very good. The entree ahi tuna with a pan Asian glaze was fatty. The wine list has some very nice selections at moderate prices. The service was uneven.
