Bruna's Ristorante has been a fixture on Oakely Avenue for over 70 years, serving great red sauce Italian food. We shared several appetizers including a very good fried calamari and portabello mushrooms with polenta. The sauce was rich and the polenta was cut into cubes, but still creamy. For an entree, I had the shrimp fra diavolo seerved on linguini. The sauce was good but could have used a little more red pepper. I also tried the spinach and ricotta stuffed shells. Another good entree is the veal scallopini which was very tender. The wine list is manageable and has some nice selections. The service was very good.
