This great neighborhood Mexican restaurant has lots of booths and a small bar in the rear. The Margaritas are very good and available by the glass or pitcher. There is also a nice selection of Mexican beers. The menu includes all the standard dishes like enchiladas, flautas, burritos, tostados & tacos as well as several combination plates. Their guacamole is average but their salsa has a great flavor. There are several seafood dishes such as the delicious camarones al ajillo (shrimp with garlic). The vegetarian combination plate is good as is the carne asada tampiquena. Service is friendly & efficient.
