Set along busy Milwaukee Avenue in Glenview, this family owned restaurant has been around for more than 10 years. There is a very nice menu. In addition to the standard fried calamari and bruschetta, there is grilled octopus and beef carpaccio. The entrees come with soup or salad. There is a good selection of seafood, pastas, chicken and veal. I had the veal scampi which was lightly breaded and sauted veal and shrimp in lemon butter. Both the shrimp and the veal were good but a little oversalted. The same could be said for the linguini with clams and mussels in a red sauce. The clams were large and tough. Service was good and there was a nice wine list.
