This Irish pub has a lot of character and a very typical pub menu with corned beef and cabbage, fish and chips and shepard's pie. The lunch menu has a good selection of salads and sandwiches including a pulled barbeque pork and a salmon BLT on a croissant. I've also enjoyed the chicken Cordon Bleu sandwich and the Angus burger. I've also enjoyed the pork chop dinner.  There is a nice bar area, a couple of dining rooms and in the nice weather, a large and comfortable beer garden. The name comes from a Chicago Fire Chief whose portrait hangs above the fireplace in the bar. The Sunday buffet brunch features prime rib and omelets.
