Cooper’s Hawk is a boutique winery complex with a very nice restaurant. The wines are made from grapes brought in from California, Washington, Michigan and Illinois. The varietals produced are Sauvignon Blanc, Viognier, Syrah, as well as Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon. The dining rooms are large and the tables well spaced. Food selections range from American to Italian to Asian with dishes such as steaks, chicken saltimbocca and Asian pork tenderloin with stir-fried noodles. The menu pairs wines by the glass with each of the dishes from the large and varied menu. The food is good and service is efficient.
