This reliable and reasonably priced seafood restaurant has been a fixture in downtown Evanston since 1985. The small fish counter in the front selling retail has been removed and the bar area has been renovated. The menu is fish and seafood, including a large selection of oysters. The large chalkboards listing the specials are gone and the seating is much more comfortable with lots of booths.  Duning our latest visit, we shared the steamed mussels, opting not to have the blue cheese melted into the dish. The Caesar salad is large enough to share. I had the blue corn crusted walleye which came out still moist and delicious. The sesame tuna was also very good.  On one visit I had the sizzling shrimp and scallop combination and on another the grouper with a tomato basil sauce.   On a previous visit, we shared an assortment of raw oysters from Nova Scotia. The wine list is small but adequate and there is a great assortment of beers on tap and in bottles. Service is usually good. On weekends, the restaurant can get very crowded and the wait for a table will be long but they do take reservations.
