On the site of the former Bones, Lettuce Entertain You has recreated a Wisconsin supper club. You can still get ribs but don't forget to try the prime rib, fresh fish, or flatbread pizza. LEY makes sure that the decor looks authentic & the service is friendly and efficient. There is a large bar in a knotty pine paneled room that feels like Wisconsin. It's not fine dining but it is good food. The ribs are meaty with just the right amount of sweetness in the sauce. The salads are large and even the small cucumber, tomato & lettuce salad is enough for two. The prime rib was perfectly cooked with an excellent horseradish cream sauce. For lunch, the burgers are good and so is the skirt steak sandwich served on an onion roll and topped with crispy thin onion rings. I also like the super  tender BBQ beef brisket and the Cajun chicken sandwich. The breaded pork tenderloin which is very tender and delicious and the grilled walleye melted in my mouth.
