Part of the Lettuce Entertain You restaurant group, this outpost of Wildfire is similar to the original in River North. There is the Martini Bar, lots of dark wood and a throwback feel. A large accessible wine list offers a large selection by the glass and an interesting reserve list. The name of the restaurant comes from the large wood-burning oven and rotisserie where most of the food is cooked. Salads are meant to be shared. The small chopped tomato, red onion and gorgonzola salad served 4 easily. I can't even picture the large salads. The 20-ounce cut prime rib was perfectly cooked medium rare and had a nice salty crust. I also tried the tuna steak teriyaki which was grilled rare and had a peppery crust. The menu lists lots of steaks and chops, barbeque chicken, beef and ribs, as well as a handful of fish entrees. As with all Lettuce Entertain You restaurants, the portions are large and the service is good. At lunchtime we enjoyed the roast pork and the ahi tuna sandwiches.
