One of two Wishbones, this large open restaurant specializes in Southern cooking with a mix of Cajun and soul food. The crawfish cakes are nice & crispy and full of crawfish. Other choices are country fried chicken, blackened catfish and collard greens. The biscuits and corn bread are fresh and delicious. The restuarant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as for brunch on weekends. The brunch menu is filled with a variety of omelets. A selection of beers includes Dixie. The service is friendly and efficient.
